About the Position:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a team responsible for recruitment processes across multiple Central European countries. The position is hybrid, with a requirement to work onsite 2-3 days per week. This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management, for a variety of roles in a global, corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with managers across regions to design and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage recruitment processes for roles in Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR (Specialist to VP levels).
- Handle job advertisements, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using headhunting and LinkedIn tools.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including interviews, candidate tracking, and offer management (excluding contract finalization).
- Monitor and improve sourcing effectiveness using key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity, and quality metrics.
- Manage and evaluate agency performance based on cost, time, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and maintain database/CRM integrity.
Must-Have:
- Experience: 1-2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
- Skills: Strong communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Expertise: Full recruitment lifecycle ownership and ability to meet SLA metrics.
- Corporate Exposure: Experience in a large, global corporate environment.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Attributes: High energy, professionalism, and ability to build relationships under pressure.
