About the Position
We are seeking a Benefits Governance Analytics and Reporting Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. This role is a maternity/parental leave coverage position, with a contract term extending from now until October 31, 2025, with the potential to extend further into May 2026.
Responsibilities
As a Benefits Governance Analytics and Reporting Specialist, you will:
- Collaborate closely with the International Benefits Governance team, focusing on reporting and analytics.
- Lead and coordinate the Global Benefit Plan Inventory Update project in partnership with external consultants and internal teams, including Benefits and Payroll colleagues (March–September).
- Manage benefits data collection and reporting for regulatory filings, such as:
- EU Pay Equity and Transparency
- Material Risk Taker Reporting
- IDI Resolution Planning
- Explore opportunities to automate processes and tools related to benefits data reporting.
- Support additional benefits governance initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent time and priority management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in benefits management or administration within a large, complex international organization.
