About the Position

We are seeking a Benefits Governance Analytics and Reporting Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. This role is a maternity/parental leave coverage position, with a contract term extending from now until October 31, 2025, with the potential to extend further into May 2026.

Responsibilities

As a Benefits Governance Analytics and Reporting Specialist, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the International Benefits Governance team, focusing on reporting and analytics.
  • Lead and coordinate the Global Benefit Plan Inventory Update project in partnership with external consultants and internal teams, including Benefits and Payroll colleagues (March–September).
  • Manage benefits data collection and reporting for regulatory filings, such as:
    • EU Pay Equity and Transparency
    • Material Risk Taker Reporting
    • IDI Resolution Planning
  • Explore opportunities to automate processes and tools related to benefits data reporting.
  • Support additional benefits governance initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent time and priority management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in benefits management or administration within a large, complex international organization.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
