About the Position:
We are looking for a Frontend/UI Developer to join our Systematic Trading Strategies Engineering team. In this front-office role, you will work on developing and maintaining a high-performance UI for a low-latency system that supports significant daily trading volumes. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of experienced full-stack developers to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Implement modern CSS techniques for responsive and visually appealing designs.
- Apply sound programming principles, including design patterns and unit testing.
- Collaborate on CI/CD workflows and version control systems to ensure smooth deployments.
Must-Have:
- Minimum 4 years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong knowledge of React (Hooks, Context API) and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern CSS tools (CSS-in-JS, SCSS).
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Jest.
- Working knowledge of package managers (npm) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Ag-grid library.
- Understanding of good UX principles.
- Familiarity with Cypress for end-to-end testing.
