Operations is responsible for designing and overseeing processes that ensure smooth business operations for every product launch and trade.

We seek a professional eager to apply financial market knowledge and deepen their understanding of regulatory reforms. Regulatory Operations offers the opportunity to significantly impact the firm's compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
Our team works globally to meet non-financial regulatory reporting obligations, ensuring compliance with regulations, including FCA Client Assets. We manage reporting and monitoring for various financial products across the EMEA region and uphold the principles of client focus, process innovation, and risk management.
Responsibilities:
• Execute non-financial regulatory reporting, focusing on CASS.
• Analyze and address reporting exceptions with relevant teams.
• Manage daily Client money and Custody shortfalls.
• Participate in CASS breach management and reporting to FCA.
• Ensure Client Assets procedures are effective.
• Facilitate Monthly Client Money and Asset Return (CMAR) reporting.
• Collaborate on daily calculations and escalations.
• Stay updated on Client Assets rules.
• Support rule changes and business initiatives related to Client Assets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities under pressure.
Nice to have:
• Basic understanding of financial markets regulations.
• Familiarity with financial products and operational functions.
• Interest in data analysis, process automation, and Business Intelligence tools
