About the Position:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Regulatory Due Diligence (RDD) team. This role is part of the Client Onboarding function within the Global Banking & Markets Operations division. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing the onboarding process, and maintaining data quality for both new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regulatory adherence checks to ensure compliance with CFTC Dodd-Frank, SEC SBS, and EMIR regulations.
  • Approve the opening of new accounts in accordance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Credit, Sales, and Operations) to facilitate client onboarding and manage regulatory requirements.
  • Lead process improvements and implement efficiencies in regulatory due diligence procedures.
  • Address client queries regarding account setup and maintenance.
  • Drive project management initiatives, from small enhancements to large-scale global projects.
  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of potential client relationship issues.
  • Maintain a high standard of communication to support client service excellence.
  • Participate in regular meetings to ensure clarity and consistency in workflows.
  • Develop reporting mechanisms and optimize operational efficiencies. Must-Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
