About the Role
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced KYC/AML Analyst to join our Client Onboarding Department on behalf of a prestigious international client in the financial industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting our client’s commitment to upholding the highest levels of integrity and transparency in their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and enhanced due diligence (EDD) on new and existing clients.
- Analyze and verify client documentation, including identification, corporate documents, and beneficial ownership structures.
- Perform AML (Anti-Money Laundering) transaction monitoring to identify potential suspicious activities and escalate cases as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams, to ensure efficient client onboarding processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices in KYC/AML compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in KYC/AML analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven experience with client onboarding processes and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of local and international AML regulations, including FATF, AMLD, and other relevant frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with KYC/AML software tools.
- Advanced English language skills (both written and spoken).
