Fo our client, international bank, we are looking for contractors for the role:

Task:

  • Be a member of regional Business Project Office and support the delivery of regulatory and business change initiatives across the Private Bank business line
  • Cooperate with IT, Product, Legal and Infrastructure partners
  • Support the creation of materials for senior governance forums
  • Supporting the project and program quality assurance & change management best practices
  • Support / manage creation of status reports, dashboards and tracking of key metrics
  • Support the Business Project Office Lead and Communication and Training Lead
  • Establishing and maintaining a robust deliverable tracking process
  • Support the Change Management team
  • review and challenge current processes

Requirements:

  • PMO experience
  • Experience in large cae and international companies
  • PM / IT PM methodologies knowledge
  • Experience in Financial services
  • MS Office, ad especially PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Be able to own a company in Poland
