- have 2-5 years of experience in AML/KYC/CDD
- know English well and it is really nice to have one of the mentioned languages - French/Hebrew/Arabic/German language.
About the project:
You will join the Due Diligence team within Client Onboarding. Your role will be pivotal in supporting Know Your Customer processes across various business areas and products. You'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure efficient onboarding of new clients while maintaining strict controls and delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct AML checks to uphold Compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.
- Promptly and proficiently address inquiries from clients, internal departments, and business partners. • Identify and escalate risks and issues as necessary.
- Contribute to the identification, definition, and enhancement of process efficiencies for COB on a regional and global scale.
- Engage in regular meetings with Management, Compliance, and Quality Assurance to foster strong relationships.
- Participate in ad hoc onboarding projects as needed.
- Provide additional support as required within the COB team.
Must-Have:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (preferably in Legal & Compliance or with knowledge of client onboarding processes, KYC/AML regulations).
- Demonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in one of the mention languages: French, Arabic, or Hebrew.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Track record of managing multiple priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
- Aptitude for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and a positive demeanour.
