Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement data pipelines and shared data tooling by creating reusable, maintainable technical components
- Build infrastructure software applications by leveraging a modern technology stack
- Write high quality, well-tested code to deliver projects/products iteratively, and embrace Infrastructure as Code
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams across organizational departments to deliver high quality products
- Occasionally design and implement visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces, such as interactive chatbot-like applications, charts, graphs, and data visualizations to convey complex analytics. Ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of front-end applications
- Investigate innovative design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility, participate in the evaluation and selection of technical components and frameworks
What’s Required:
- 2+ years of experience working as an engineer
- Bachelors/masters in computer science, computer engineering, or related technology field
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, experience working in Linux with docker and containerized applications
- Cloud infrastructure experience in any of AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
- Experience building reliable data infrastructure. Working with orchestration tools, databases, and data processing technologies such as Airflow, Jenkins, SQL Server, Postgres, Pandas, and Spark etc.
