We are looking for contractors for project at our client, an international banking institution.
B2B contract
Location: Warsaw / hybrid (3d/w onsite)
Duration: 13 months
Tasks:
- SME in AML/KYC guidelines interpretation to assure compliance
- Legal research and analysis on international regulatory trends and emerging risks
- Partner with L1/2 teams to lead KYC transformation
- Lead automation of collection and integration of country specific KYC/AML requirements into global framework
- Manage projects and assist in the roadmap development of policy initiatives
- Ability to develop and deliver high-quality presentation to communicate changes
- Foster a culture of continuous improvements
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of AML/KYC related experience
- Experience in leading AML/KYC process changes/policies creation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Nice to have: Legal background, relevant certifications (e.g. CAMS)
- Fluent in English
