Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced FP&A Opex Lead to manage operational Opex processes and drive financial process improvements. This role balances day-to-day financial oversight with leading transformation initiatives to optimize workflows and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Opex budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with leaders on Opex strategies, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Optimize Opex processes and establish standardized frameworks for efficiency.
- Drive FP&A transformation initiatives with automation and self-service tools.
- Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, with expertise in Opex management.
- Proficiency in financial planning tools, Excel (Power Query, VBA), and PowerBI/Tableau.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead strategic initiatives.
- Experience in improving financial processes and managing Opex in complex organizations is a plus.
