Pitch Support Specialist
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Pitch Support Specialist to join our Global Business Development and Marketing (BDM) team. This role demands a high degree of precision, the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, and excellent communication skills in both English and German.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the German BDM team and provide backup for other European BDM teams as necessary.
- Organize comprehensive pitch documents and oversee the team's shared email inbox.
- Comprehend pitch outlines, manage customer expectations, and uphold meticulous attention to detail.
- Develop and customize initial pitch drafts.
- Document and update pitch opportunities in the internal tracking system.
- Foster and maintain cooperative client relationships.

Qualifications:

- Experience in marketing, writing, proofreading, and/or pitch development (preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills in English (C1) and German (nice to have).
