What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and administer HR transactional processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain and manage data across HR systems, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
  • Prepare ad hoc and scheduled reports, conducting audits to maintain data accuracy.
  • Support employee and manager inquiries via the ServiceNow platform, delivering exceptional service.
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of new HR launch programs.
  • Handle additional HR-related duties as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of all processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in HR operations or data management roles.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, TETA, or ServiceNow (a plus!).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
