What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and administer HR transactional processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain and manage data across HR systems, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
- Prepare ad hoc and scheduled reports, conducting audits to maintain data accuracy.
- Support employee and manager inquiries via the ServiceNow platform, delivering exceptional service.
- Contribute to the successful implementation of new HR launch programs.
- Handle additional HR-related duties as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of all processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in HR operations or data management roles.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, TETA, or ServiceNow (a plus!).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
