We are seeking a Corporate Security Lead based in Poland with at least 2 years of experience to support security projects, emergency and response. This person will also support the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Management & Incident Response: Identify threats, develop mitigation strategies, and coordinate incident response, including law enforcement collaboration when needed.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and execute response plans for security breaches, fires, natural disasters, and other emergencies.
- Security Operations & Emergency Response: Lead security projects across EMEA & APAC, manage emergency escalations, and provide after-hours support for the USA.
- Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure adherence to security regulations and develop internal security policies.
- Leadership & Training: Train and lead security personnel while driving strategic security improvements.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work with global teams to align security measures with business objectives.
- Security Systems Management: Oversee and enhance security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Technology Implementation: Support the deployment and maintenance of advanced security technologies.
Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate security operations
- Strong emergency and crisis response expertise
- Risk assessment & management experience
- Experience with security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms)
- Basic IT networking knowledge (e.g., IP addresses)
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
