We are looking for a Senior SAP consultant with extensive experience in SAP Financials and proficiency in organizational management within HCM for one of out top clients in the financial & legal area. The ideal candidate will design robust and cost-effective business solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional technology and business teams. The role demands a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.

This role involves working within a complex, enterprise-level SAP environment, central to strategic business and technical initiatives, including a migration to S/4 and cloud transformation. Alongside significant new projects, you’ll support SAP enhancement efforts to meet ongoing business demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver SAP solutions in alignment with business needs, effectively managing the complete project lifecycle for each assignment.
  • Communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with project managers, analysts, testers, and architects to ensure a cohesive solution and a seamless delivery process.
  • Document processes, share knowledge, and escalate issues as necessary.

Must-Have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP FI-CO and knowledge of HCM organizational management.
  • Proven consulting skills across requirements gathering, data analysis, process design, configuration, specification, testing (UAT), and production support.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to engage and adapt to diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for various audiences.
  • Ability to self-motivate, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a global team.
  • B2 level of English (or higher).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SAP modules such as HR, CRM, or PS, and familiarity with interfacing SAP systems (e.g., EDI).
  • An interest in expanding knowledge across other SAP modules.
