Key Responsibilities
- Spearheading the development of sophisticated front-end applications and components that are responsive, user-friendly, and visually captivating.
- Overseeing the planning and execution of new feature development, including preparing technical requirements.
- Upholding best coding practices and maintaining rigorous standards for code quality and reviews within the front-end team.
- Implementing robust testing procedures and continuous integration to ensure the reliability of front-end applications.
- Mentoring junior developers and proposing innovative solutions to enhance team performance.
- Collaborating closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, back-end engineers, and data scientists to define requirements and implement effective solutions.
What we expect
Desirable Skills:
- 7 years of commercial experience with web applications (TypeScript, React).
- 2 years of team leadership experience.
- Expertise in performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of ad tech concepts, ad exchanges, and programmatic advertising.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Back-End technologies such as Java and Spring.
- Experience with other frameworks like Angular and Vue.
- End-to-end testing using Cypress.
- Practical experience in graphic design and/or User Experience design.
